Pasta 101: A Hands-On Cooking Experience
Join us on Friday, March 14th, at 6:30 PM for an immersive Pasta 101 cooking class at Buckhead Butcher Shop! This demonstration-style class with hands-on participation will guide you through the art of making fresh pasta, exploring four different pasta shapes paired with four expertly crafted dishes.
Led by Chef Kyle and our culinary team, you'll learn essential techniques, from kneading dough to shaping pasta like a pro. The evening will begin with a Porchetta appetizer and a complimentary beverage (Prosecco, wine, or beer), followed by the interactive demo and a seated dinner.
