What time does it start?
- Please arrive around 6:30pm, we encourage all guests who have never been to our shop before to arrive early. To allow time to look around and even shop. We will move into the kitchen area for the cooking demonstration at 7:00pm sharp.
Do I cook the food?
- Only our chef team will prepare the food for the event. They will talk through each step of the cooking method and give you tips and tricks to use in your own kitchen.
What is communal seating?
- We have 20 seats around four round tables. During the cooking demonstration we have limited seating, the rest of the kitchen area is standing room only.
What is family style dining?
- Once the food is ready we will serve everything on our kitchen island. You will be able to make your own plate, and enjoy everything that was just prepared by the chef team.
What can I order with my drink ticket?
- White wine, prosecco, beer or soda ONLY. All other drinks are available for purchase. You are welcome to bring in a bottle of wine to enjoy, we do have a $50 corkage fee per standard bottle.
I have an allergy or dietary need, who should I tell?
- Please reach out to us via email or phone ahead of the event date. When you arrive for the event please notify the chef team and the event team.
Do you have parking?
- Yes, however the BBS parking lot becomes a public lot in the evenings. We can not guarantee there will be enough parking for all guests. There is paid parking located nearby if the lot is full.
I keep getting an error message?
- If the site is giving you an error message there are not enough tickets to fulfill the order requested. Or the event is sold out, and has not been marked as so.
Can I reschedule?
- Yes, ONLY but only to an event date that still has open availability for the original purchase quantity.
Can I get a refund?
- A refund will not be issued if it is within 72-hours of the event date. Otherwise yes, we are happy to start the process, it will take 3-5 business days.
What can I do if the event is sold out?
- You can join the waitlist that works on a first come first serve system. Please email us at the email listed below.
- Or if you can meet our minimum guest count of 8 you can book a private event. We are happy to check availability for you. Please note the private event per person price is higher than the public class.
Is Buckhead Butcher Shop a restaurant?
- No, we are a retail butcher shop with a private event space and private chef team. If you are interested in hosting a private event with us you can submit a inquiry, here is a link.
