The star of your Thanksgiving meal this year will be a Joyce Farm All Natural Free Range Turkey, brined in our complimentary BBS Signature Brine. We’ll brine your fresh, never-frozen turkey and vacuum seal it in our chef-inspired brine to lock in moisture for the juiciest bird imaginable! Our savory turkey brine is made of salt, rosemary, sage, thyme and oranges and will save you a huge headache this year trying to achieve a perfectly moist turkey!
Our complimentary brine is optional (but we promise you're going to thank yourself later for adding it!)
Your $50 deposit will be credited at pickup and go towards the final total. Our Joyce Farm All Natural Turkeys are $6.99/lb.
Pre-orders will be avaliable for pickup at Buckhead Butcher Shop in Buckhead or East Cobb starting Monday, Novemeber 25th. We are not able to ship Thanksgiving Turkeys.
